Kingman Media Company Limited製作人蔡敬文乃香港電影導演會會員，畢業於美國邁亞密大學，主修電影，回港後從事影視製作工作至今，負責由前期、拍攝，至後期剪接工作，作品曾於美國2007年Tele Awards奪得最佳音樂錄像帶季軍，2010年成立Kingman Media Company Limited，Music Video合作歌手括C ALL STAR、關心妍、歐陽靖(MC Jin)、鍾舒漫等。合作單位包括英皇娛樂及寰亞唱片等。蔡氏同時亦於香港大學專業進修學院任兼職講師，亦曾任香港理工大學、中文大學、及浸會大學之嘉賓講者。
2011年製作獨立長片《不設房》，作品於The Grand Cinema公映，影片口碑載道，更被著名影評人石琪選為2011年十大華語片。更受《蘋果日報》、《東方日報》、《明報》、《文匯報》、《星島日報》、《經濟日報》、《信報》、《大公報》及雜誌
《新Monday》、《Milk》、《Jet》、《E Zone》、《爽報》、ONTV及亞洲電視等訪問。2013年第二部獨立長片《不是白痴》上映，入圍台灣「南方影展」。
2011年撰寫由萬里機構出版之《低成本大電影》一書，2012年於台灣出版《我也可以當導演》。
Kingman Choi, Producer of Kingman Media Company Limited, is a member of Hong Kong Film Directors’ Guild and Hong Kong Association of Film Editors. After returning to Hong Kong, he has been engaging in movie and TV production. He was the second runner-up for Best Music Video in Tele Awards in the US in 2007. In 2010, he set up Kingman Media Company Limited. This company has worked with singers such as C All Star, Jade Kwan, MC Jin, Sherman Chung and so on in producing music video. Companies that have worked with him included Emperor Entertainment and Media Asia Music and so on. Kingman Choi is also a part-time instructor of School of Professional and Continuing Education, University of Hong Kong. He has also acted as a guest speaker at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Chinese University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Baptist University. In 2011, he produced an independent movie, Roomless, which was shown at Grand Cinema. The film was highly praised. 石琪, a famous movie critic, even chose it as one of the best 10 Chinese movie in that year. Because of this movie, Kingman Choi was interviewed by Apple Daily, Oriental Daily News, Ming Pao, Wen Wei Po, Sing Tao Daily News, Hong Kong Economic Times, Hong Kong Economic Journal, Ta Kung Pao and Sharp Daily, the magazines New Monday, Milk, Jet and E Zone, and also ONTV and ATV. In 2013, his second independent movie Naive was shown. It was short-listed for Southern Film Festival in Taiwan. He wrote the book Low Budget Big Movie in 2011 and it was published by Wan Li Book Company Limited. In 2012, his book I Can Also be a Director was published in Taiwan.
