PAP BOSS SAYS PRESIDENT’S TOUR IS A WASTE OF PUBLIC RESOURCES

The leader of People’s Alliance Party Ebrima Tabora Manneh has denounced President Barrow’s recent tour as a waste of public resources while adding that the tour is now turned into a political rally.

Speaking to Birr Gambia talk show host on Gambian Talents, he said: “The tour was a waste of resources. If you calculate the amount spent on fuel and other logistics during the tour, it was so huge. They shouldn’t be wasting public resources on meaningless things. They have failed Gambians, and if you look carefully, they have lost track.

“The fact is that they have mismanaged our economic resources. Anyone with a sound mind and you want to speak the truth would question a political party that was formed a few years ago able to build almost eight political bureaus? They are not built to come from their pockets and it’s not built on their salaries.”
