TEACHERS WANTED IN USA TO TEACH UNDER US GOVERNMENT CULTURAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Foreign teachers can teach in accredited primary and secondary schools in the United States. This is a US government sponsored program. The Exchange Visitor Program fosters global understanding through educational and cultural exchanges. All exchange visitors are expected to return to their home country upon completion of their program in order to share their exchange experiences.
TEACHERS MUST:
• Meet the qualifications for teaching in primary or secondary schools in their country of nationality or last legal residence;

Master’s students are now eligible for a 3-year work permit in Canada

international students studying in master's programs that are less than two years in length, are eligible for a three-year post-graduation work permit (PGWP).

Before today, the length of an issued PGWP was correlated with the length of a program of study. However, in recognition that master’s students are placed to perform well in Canada’s labour market, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has chosen to expand the eligibility for these students to receive longer work permits.

The length of issued PGWPs for students in programs of study other than at the master’s level will continue to correspond with the length of study program, to a maximum of three years.

HOW TO GET ADMITTED INTO USA UNIVERSITIES

1. Research
It helps to do a little research before you start the application process. Once you do some research, you will get an idea of the subject areas that interest you the most.
You could look at some course descriptions, university reviews and their locations. You can also start a wish list of your preferences and begin to narrow down your selection.
Research can also include you asking your friends and family if they have they studied abroad.
You can ask them about their experiences - where they studied and what they liked about it?
You can also get in touch with your friends who are studying abroad and get their feedback and advice from them.
Post a message on your timeline on Facebook and you may be surprised at how many people have experience of an international education.
Also, don’t trust everything you read online. Some reviews from students might have been influenced by a single negative personal experience or choosing a course that wasn’t right for them. It doesn’t always mean you will feel the same way.
We will ensure that you get accurate and non-biased advice.
2. Speak to experienced counsellors
make an appointment with any study abroad counsellors. You can speak to your former lecturers who have studied abroad.
Counsellors are professionally certified and many of them were international students themselves. They have a wealth of first-hand professional advice and personal experience from different study locations across the world.
Your counsellor will work through all the big and small details to ensure the best possible fit between you and your future university.
3. Make your application
After you have chosen your course and university or school, it’s time to apply.
Your counsellor will support you during your university and course applications.
Your counsellor will personally contact your chosen university or school to make sure they support your application to improve your chances of acceptance.
If you need to take an English language test to qualify for your course, you must practice a lot.
4. Accepting your offer
Once the university or school receives your application it will be assessed and you will be notified of the result.
It can take a few weeks, or longer for postgraduate courses, for your application to be processed.
If your application is successful, you will receive a letter of offer and an acceptance form. Before accepting your offer, your counsellor will read it carefully with you and check any conditions that may apply.
It is natural to be nervous as you wait for the outcome of your course applications.
5. Practice your English skills
It is always a good idea to brush up your English language skills to ensure you can keep up with what your lecturers are saying. This will be helpful, especially if English is not your first language.
6. Student visa
Now that you have been accepted, it’s time to apply for your student visa. Experienced counsellors can provide you with some information to help make sure you are well positioned to navigate this process with the authorised migration departments.
7. Ready, steady, go
Congratulations! You’re off on a huge adventure. There are lots of things to think about during this time. These include matters such as exchanging money, insurance, SIM cards and opening a bank account, plane ticket and your accommodation.

HOW TO SECURE TEACHING JOB IN USA PUBLIC SCHOOLS

1. Secure full time job offer from any public school. Most demanded teachers are SECONDARY MATH, SCECONDARY SCIENCE AND SPECIAL EDUCATION and STEM.

2. Submit the employment contract you receive from the school district for VISA sponsorship documents.

3. The School District will demand your transcripts, licenses, certificates and travel document(passport)

4. The school District will decide which type of Visa you will receive given your situation. You could get J-1 Visa(Cultural Exchange Teacher) or H1-B Visa(Work).

5. The H1-B Visa will lead to your qualification for Green Card(permanent residency) in a short period.

6. You will have a maximum of 5 years to stay in the USA and work if you are issued with J-1 Visa even though its processing is much quicker than H1-B Visa. You cannot change your visa status from J-1 VIsa to H1-B Visa.

7. You must start visa application with the documents that you will receive from the School District.

REQUEST FOR FACTORY/PROJECT PROPOSALS

The 'INVEST IN BONO' initiative is inviting local investors, entrepreneurs and community cooperatives to submit factory/project proposals for review and match with potential investors.
We are accepting proposals on projects from all 23 districts of the Bono and Bono East Regions.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Interested applicants should submit their proposals (including all annexes) and in English language,
structured into the following sections:
i. Section A: Company/Cooperative Profile including Full name of the entity and contact person,
postal address, telephone/fax numbers, and e-mail address. If a consortium or joint venture,
provide names and contact details of members, signed evidence of association or signed joint
venture agreement, indicate the lead firm accordingly.
ii. Section B: Ownership structure of business entity. Name(s) of major shareholders and percentage
shareholding of participants entity if applicable.
iii. Section C: Audited financial statements for the most recent three year showing:
- Letter from the Auditors
- Letter from the Directors
- Income Statement
- Balance Sheet
- Assets schedule
iv. SECTION D: Details of the Factory/Project Proposals showing the following:
- Location of project
- Type of business
- Details of the Project
- Management capability
- Potential market
- Capital requirements
- External Capital requirements

1. Please Section iii is not applicable if the proposal is a new factory/Project.
2. Community-based and Trade-based cooperatives are strongly encouraged to submit proposals
3. We have consultants who are ready to offer project proposal and feasibility services for a fee.

The Anane Institute was founded in 2013 by Mr Edward Twum Anane. The
Institute was founded to serve as the Cultural Institute that will promote and
preserve the arts, culture, history, and education in Ghana through study abroad, cultural exchanges.
