*NOTICE ON THE CONDUCT OF CHAIRMAN SAMBA IN THE NORTHERN REGION THAT WILL MAKE YOU LOSE VOTES.*

I respectfully write to notify you of the conduct of Chairman Samba in the Northern Region which will most likely reduce the number of votes you will get in the Region if it is left unchecked.

My name is Abdulai Abdul Jalil Opele, I am a youth activist and a concerned member of our Party in the Northern Region. My utmost interest, in this case, is to ring the alarm bells of the unpatriotic conduct of our Regional Chairman in the person of Chairman Samba for your intervention before things take you by surprise.

Sir, there are growing concerns about the number of government projects that have been awarded as contracts to Chairman Samba but are either completely abandoned or work is at a slow pace. The following government projects are some of the contracts awarded to Chairman Samba but are completely abandoned: Bimbila Chamba Road, Nanton District Office, Zogbeli Inner City Roads, Sagnarigu Kpene Road, Gbulug to Nyenkpala Road among many others.

The inability of the Chairman to work on the above-mentioned projects is brewing apathy towards the government. For many of the citizens, if the project was awarded to Chairman Samba an individual with strong links in the current government, it would only take negligence and lack of interest in developing the areas within which these projects are found.

Additionally, Chairman Samba’s handling of the Bimbilla NPP parliamentary issue has generated so much hatred for him and yourself. If you listen to the Bimbilla Constituency Chairman, Chairman Samba himself, and the candidate involved in this whole brouhaha, it is evident there may be something going on behind the scenes that isn’t good for the growth of the Party. Because of this feeling, people who like you and will vote for you are thinking you are in bed with Chairman Samba for your seeming silence.

For your information, your Excellency, Chairman Samba is said to have instructed the Yendi Municipal Chief Executive to retrieve a contract that was previously awarded to Alhaji Inusah Dagomba Boy (an attempted Regional Chairman in 2021) and re-awarded it to the current Regional NPP treasurer.

Finally, Chairman Samba has stepped on so many toes across the Region and if care is not taken we may laugh at the wrong side of our mouths. I suggest you take a serious look at the reasons stated above for a better NPP party.
