So total prep and planning went in to this!

Was hoping to get it finished in time for Halloween today but due to a hectic weekend, It didn't quite happen. So it will be a Hallows Day release instead!

The Seance Sessions:
2 years have come and gone since we filmed this.
2 years since most of the crew came down with a mystery bug what is now known as 'Rona!
Such a shame that we never got to finish this series within that time frame. I guess it's time to dust off the gear and pick this back up.
Been a bit quiet in here recently due to setting up our sister site Film Weymouth. So we now have a base in Milton Keynes and in Dorset. So time to dust off our bones and get shoots done

So here at Close Knit Studios we decided not to do any filming that involved crew in the last year, we had all our Covid sercue Certificates but we took the discussion not to as we personally felt that it was unpredictable out there and best to err on the side of caution.
However, meanwhile we have been focusing on Marketing and adds for businesses.

Its been a while since we posted, as the world hasn't made things to easy for us, but we have been plotting and planning and we most certainly will be coming back with vengeance!

After the show, our man Glen caught up with the sitters backstage to find out how they felt about their experience. First up is Maggie.
CKS presents the pilot episode for their upcoming series, 'The Seance Sessions'.
The night of the shoot was filled with technical gremlins.
From our main sound system failing through to 3 cameras malfunctioning.
However, the show must go on and indeed it did.
We have since invested in new sound gear as well as the addition of a shiny new camera to add to the arsenal. All in time for filming the first official episode of The Seance Sessions.

Our entry in to the 1 min action scene sequence challenge for Lacie Collective / Film Riot. We over shot so it was very hard to cut down to the minute without losing the story. But I think we got there in the end. Filmed at The Shamba Experience A huge thank you to all cast and crew and helpers who made this possible.
A short film shot in 5 hours for the Northampton 48hr film challenge. Unfortunately, we didnt have 48hrs to film it in. So here it is, as it is. Storyline: Lucy fails her career deciding exam. On the walk home she gets accosted by a homeless man. This event reveals some truths and sets her on a new career path.
