So this is the effort I put in to video edits for commercial work. This was a 5 event shoot using multiple cameras and a drone at one of those events.

The left and right screens show me marking out potential clips on each event to use on the final edit.

This means scrubbing through EVERY clip and for this shoot, there were hundreds. (There are 5 of these timelines to create but I only have three screens 😁).

The central screen is the final edit and shows me marking out each beat and drop in the music that I have chosen for the event (for me to find the right clip that matches that particular part of the music).

I always choose the music AFTER the event so I know it will match what I've filmed. The client received one 2- minute main video and three smaller videos.

Job finished last night 🥵😴

Well, I can't be accused of not putting the effort in when training my students. Day 1 saw a 10pm finish in order to get some night drone flying in, followed by a 4am start on day 2 to get an aerial sunrise time lapse!

"A" came along with fears about flying drones over water, in high winds and closer to people. He also wanted guidance on flying and filming in a steady, cinematic manner.

We conquered all of that and you can see his efforts after 2 days in my report below.

Fantastic wedding last weekend and thank goodness for multi-cam editing. Just me, 4 cameras, multiple mics, 3 tripods, 2 drones...I need an assistant 🥵

Definitely one of the biggest property photography and video jobs I've done yet. HUGE house, tons of features, yours for a cool £2.4m!

This property is thought to be the most expensive house in Weymouth. After photographing it, I can see why. 10,000sq ft, 30+ Rooms and Pool!

Always a pleasure to head deep into the Dorset countryside on a property shoot. This luxury property has some of the best master bedroom views I've seen. Stunning! Yours for £850k.

Each time I get a property photography enquiry, I get excited. What type of property will it be? This one was remote, peaceful and quirky.

The lovely people at recently sent the amazing Molus X60 RGB Combo light to me. The previous CX100 was good, but this thing is incredible.

A tiny light not much bigger than a credit card that throws out an astonishing 60W of power with all manner of features and above all, a highly efficient, on-board fan.
