4. Canva - a very user friendly design tool that allows you to create stunning graphics for social media, presentations and marketing materials, without needing advanced design skills
5. Dropbox - provides secure cloud storage for your files, making it easy to store and share your documents
6. Asana - helping teams coordinate and manage their work, from daily tasks to strategic initiatives. It’s ideal for setting up workflows and ensuring everyone is on the same page

The summer holidays are nearly here, and while it's a fantastic time for family fun, it can also be challenging to balance work PLUS keep the kids entertained!
Here are some tips to help you manage both like a pro:
🤌🏼 Plan ahead: create a schedule that includes work hours and activities for the kids. Use planners or digital calendars to keep everyone on track
🤌🏼 Set clear boundaries: communicate with your family about your work hours and the importance of uninterrupted time. Let them know when you’ll be available...and when you won't!
🤌🏼 Involve the kids (if you can!) Plan engaging activities for your children that don’t require constant supervision. Think arts and crafts, reading time or educational games
🤌🏼 Flexible work hours: if possible, adjust your work hours to fit in with family plans. Early mornings or late evenings can be great for focused work time
🤌🏼 Outsource tasks: consider hiring a Virtual Assistant to handle administrative tasks. This way you can focus on high priority work while enjoying time with your family. Tasks like inbox management, scheduling and social media can be off your plate in no time!
🤌🏼 Use breaks wisely! Take regular breaks to spend time with your kids. A quick game, snack time or a short walk can be just what you all need!
