☘️ I have been lucky enough to spend my first trip to Dublin with wonderful friends this weekend! 🇮🇪

I’m not generally one to drink Guinness but I was determined to embrace the culture, especially as we were there to watch the rugby. 🏉

The Guinness factory was fantastic, the food, drink and atmosphere for the whole weekend was exactly what we all needed to see January 2025 off!

I’m pretty sure I need another holiday to recover from the weekend, but will settle for a really big cup of coffee!!! 🥰☕️

🏃‍♀️ Who Doesn’t Love A Personal Achievement to End The Week? 🥇

A little something about me… I hate cardio! 😖 However I do love to pick up the weights a couple of days a week! 💪🏼 🏋🏼‍♀️

Something came over me today and I thought… wonder if I could run 5k? 🤔

The answer is yes 🙌🏼 although I didn’t enjoy it, I felt pretty proud of myself at the end!

It’s the beginning and the end of my running career today, but good to know I stand a small chance should I be chased at any point! 😂
