The problem with some ladies is that when you advise them to leave their abusive partner they will tell their partner and you will become an enemy.

While in school I had a very abusive roommate and each time I come back from class I kept seeing bl00d stains on the floor and then I will see the girl at the corner of the room crying. it kept going on for a very long time, they will fight and settle, fight and settle,

The last one my roommate did was he punched her and she lost her two teeth.

I had to call her and I advised her why are you so stup!d being in an abusive relationship it's a clear sign that this Guy does not love you.

Because if he does he wouldn't hit you each time you both are having a misunderstanding.

For how long would you keep enduring this pain? for crying out loud this is a relationship, not marriage!

In my mind, I thought I had advised human beings.


I came back home the following day madam told her boyfriend every piece of advice I gave her which led to serious issues between the both of us and the Guy even accused me of trying to sn**ch his girlfriend...

20 Things to Know about Hilda Baci and her Guinness World Record Marathon Cooking

1. Her real name is Hilda Bassey Effiong. She is a young Nigerian chef from Akwa Ibom State. She owes a food brand in Lagos called "My Food by Hilda"

2. She will be cooking for 4 days non-stop.

3. She must stand to cook, she is not permitted to sit while cooking.

4. She’s not allowed to take coffee, stimulants, or any energy drink to artificially boost her energy and bodily strength while cooking.

5. She's allowed to eat food, drink water or fruit juice, and take glucose.

6. The cooking is taking place at Amore Gardens, Lekki, Lagos State, Nigeria.

7. She cooks round the clock, no sleep (Morning, afternoon, evening, and night. So, for 4 nights, she won't sleep)

8. She has just 5 minutes rest per hour [meaning for every 1 hour, she is entitled to just 5 minutes rest or break, that's an hour break in every 12 hours].

She gets a 30-minute break every 6 hours, she spends the 30mins in a medical van which is just close by, within which she can nap, use the restroom, and also get a medical assessment or checkup by the medical team available on the spot.

Omo! This reminds me of a faithful day I had taken my crush out for lunch.

It was a Sunday evening and we had gone to this newly opened fast-food joint to chill - Bills on me!

When we got there, she ordered jollof rice, chicken and moi-moi, and so did I. We also had a pack of Hollandia yoghurt each to step down our meal.

I did a rough calculation of everything in my head and it summed up to about 10k. I had 15k with me so no problem.

So we were busy eating and chatting when I overheard a customer complaining with a raised voice. He had just been served his bill and he couldn't hide his anger at the exorbitant cost of his meal.

"10k for a plate of moi-moi? wetin una put inside!!"? He barked

When I heard moi-moi, I turned to his direction.

"This is corr.uption!" He yelled "Ordinary moi-moi 10k!"

When I looked at his table, I realized his moi-moi was even the small size, meanwhile, we ordered the jumbo size.

I called one of the waitresses.

"Nne, biko how much is the moi-moi?" I whispered in her ear

"25k sir" She snapped

"No, I mean just the moi-moi, not the total bill" I voiced

"That's what am saying, sir" She reiterated "This is the jumbo pack and it's 25k for one"

At that moment the moi-moi in my mouth began tasting like agidi.

Years ago, I went to see my Army friend at the barracks and being that he is my friend, I cared less and carried him up.

You know, we are 5&6 so I didn't care if he had a uniform on him and I was so happy seeing him after a long while.

So, I carried him and turned him up inside the barracks o. This was all out of happiness.

While my friend was on me, I heard "Take him to the guard room now."

Victor Firdance, you have suffered!

Something told me inwardly, my son, that message is for you. Drop your friend immediately and run.

The voice said it again.

My people, I dropped my friend who didn't even hear anything because he was shouting that I drop him and as I was about to jakpa, I heard "if you move!"

Chai!

They paraded me to where the oga was and he instructed that I carry my friend just like I did to the end of the barracks and return to the gate 5 times without dropping him.

I started crying so loud in the barracks for mercy but I heard tawaaaai tawaaaai tawaaai on my face.

I think I saw angel Moses flying after the slap but I wasn't sure it was him.

Suddenly, I stopped crying.

My friend at this point, who had no say, was already feeling for me.

So, with my peppered slap face, I carried my friend up and started my journey inside the barracks.

A 15-minute walk or more.

I got to the end of the barracks and returned.

On my way returning, something told me, if you don't jakpa, you'll faint here for the first time.

However you want to escape, please do. These people are heartléss. RUN!.

I managed to reach the gate, looked at the environment very very well and threw my friend so hard on the field and ran!

How I flew, I don't know to date.

Four months after, my friend called me to visit him that it's been a while, I rebuked him first and told him that we'll meet in the village.

Till today, I have not visited that whole LGA again talks more of the barracks.
