I wanted to share with you what motivates me on a Monday as someone who works for themselves!
First things first I’ll get up early and meditate so I know what it is that I really want to achieve 🧘♀️
I also try and move my body each day - I like to get on my peloton bike or go for a walk 🌳
Then make your list - put your least favourite thing at the top and then tick off as you go! You’ll achieve so much that your motivation will carry across to tomorrow! 🙌
