Hello folks! We are back in the studio today, and on today’s show, we are talking about unpaid carers. We spoke with Lynne-Marie Thom who is the Carer Development Worker for Fa’side Carers. Fa'side Carers is a joint venture between Tranent Day Centre and Primrose Day Centre in Ormiston. Lynne-Marie is passionate about finding hidden and unsupported (or minimally supported) unpaid carers of Older People in the Fa'side Community as she believes identifying these people can help them emotionally and practically and even financially.
