Off to Shaftesbury for the Fringe Festival tomorrow morning.
If you are nearby come along and meet myself and other members of the Cartoonists’ Club of Great Britain. We’ll be chatting with and drawing for the public from 12:30pm to 5pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.

I’ve just received a box of books fresh from Amazon. I’ll be selling these at the Shaftesbury Fringe on the weekend of the 27th & 28th of July where I’m part of the Cartoonists’ Club’Meet the Cartoonists’ event. Hopefully i’ll see some of you there - please come and say hi.

Sorry I’ve been a bit quiet for the last month.
I’m currently working on a very large and lovely, but secret, comission so I’ve had my head down.
I’ve just sent the pencils off to the client, so hoping that they like what I’ve done and give me the go ahead to paint the artwork. 😊
When I’ve finished this job I’ll start artworking the next book.

Welcome to all you new followers! 😊

My plan with these books is to produce colouring, puzzle and activity books for kids. The first book, What’s Your Favourite Animal? Is now finished. The second, Funny Little Things is currently being put together. It is a kid’s activity book. All the pages are finished. I just need to turn them into a book (I use Adobe InDesign for this) and design the cover, so it’s probably a week or so away. I will be posting a few pages here over the next few days.

I will be selling the books via Amazon, by mail order and at various events that I attend, like the Hythe Cartoon Fest and the Shaftesbury Fringe Festival.

I really am loving this experience so far even though it’s quite a bit of work.

I’ve spent the last few days writing short poems to face opposite the illustrations in the What’s Your Favourite Animal?’ Book. I think I have about seven to go. Then i’ll do the cover - and it will be done! Very exciting!’

Just completed my Amazon KDP setup.
