🌟 It was time for a change 🌟

Hi, everyone. It has been a while.

I started V***r Ray Design back in 2020, and it was such a fun ride. I learned so much and met some fantastic people. At the time, V***r Ray was me and I was V***r Ray.

Since then, a lot has changed. I have changed, and I no longer felt aligned with the brand I had created. I am a mother now and my life looks very different. It was time to regroup, realign and rebrand.

So, please welcome...Walnut Design!

Named after my son, who was lovingly known as 'Walnut' while he was being grown. Everything I do is for him, and I wanted to include this too.

I'll be doing much of the same: logo creation, brand development, digital design. In addition, there are going to be some new things I have picked up along the way. But there will be more on that soon.

Hope you are all well, and I look forward to working with you all in the future.

I absolutely loved designing this Baptism invitation for a friend. Austin was born around the same time as my little man and his mum and I shared our pregnancy journey (and tears!!!) together which is really special. Plus, electronic invites are the way forward! Better for the environment and much faster 😉💙🕊️⛪️✝️

🤍🍼👶🏽 Maternity Leave 👶🏽🍼🤍

You may have noticed things have been a bit quieter lately. V***r Ray has a V***r Baby on the way….and with 5 weeks to go I’m now officially taking a Maternity break from the business. Any existing projects will be honoured but I won’t be taking on any new work until January 2023 at the earliest. By all means, send any ideas or enquiries through and I can mull them over and get back to you. My Etsy store will be taking a short holiday during this time too.
