My first role was as a Corporal in the British Army.⠀

The pure essence of team building and culture formation began at a very early stage in my career and it is on this base of knowledge that I have built and evolved to create ‘SalesChange’ which is looking to assist businesses with their culture and sales performance. ⠀

Change is hard but if you do it in the right way, you WILL have the majority of people on board.⠀
⠀
Even at this early stage in my ‘work life career’ I was able to build a team and understand the importance of communication.⠀

It should be the first thing that is thought about when beginning to look at changing a culture - how will I communicate our intentions when we begin to deliver this change.⠀
