Today's BBC local news - 24 items of which 8 relate to Plymouth and only 3 are potentially good news stories https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/topics/c0n168gwzmlt

Today's Plymouth Herald news - 83 items of which 24 are not even Plymouth related, 10 are duplicates and of the remaining 49, only 10 might be considered good news stories once you strip out the barely concealed advertorials.
