I have officially finished my bulk!!!

Since November 2022, I have dedicated a lot of time and effort to heal my relationship with food.

I promised myself I would never go to the gym again if I hadn't eaten that day.

I vowed to prioritize myself and how I feel instead of seeking validation from others.

Prioritizing my strength versus aesthetics.

And now I am stronger than ever. Both mentally and physically.

I'm not going to lie to you and say I'm the most confident person in the world. Because of my internalized fat phobia from my ex and my family, I have struggled a lot with body dysmorphia.
I am going on a cut in 2024.

But I knew I would regret it if I didn't have a lil photoshoot to celebrate my bulk and progress.

So I forced myself to take some self-portraits.

I'm so proud of myself. I am healing.

Thank you for being here. Remember, you are beautiful just the way you are, and it doesn't matter what anybody else thinks ✨️
