The studio was founded in 2014 by James Haselhurst and is built around an ethos of character, quality and attention to detail. The Grain is inspired by the character of classic recording studios and the legendary large live rooms which cr

eated so many fantastic records both old and modern. The Grain provides natural ambience and character, which many modern studios lack, to bring a great recording to life at an affordable cost. The Grain combines modern digital production workflow, classic analogue equipment and large studio sonics to create an inspiring and unique recording environment. The Grain offers a comprehensive range of production services including recording, mixing and mastering as well as remote services for clients worldwide including reamping and online session services. In addition we provide music and instrument tuition services.

Hot on the heels of being described as “the best new music ever” by none less than Simon LeBon of Duran Duran, Noprism have the track Happiness (produced at The Grain) featured on the season finale of Made in Chelsea this coming Monday.

Happiness is being featured on the season finale of Made in Chelsea on Monday at 9pm on E4. The episode wouldn’t be the same without it, no doubt.
