Welcome to Gemma & George!
Hi! My name is Gemma and I’m a first time Mum to an energetic 20 month old toddler named George. Together with George’s Daddy, we spent my maternity leave travelling the world. Visiting some incredible places and creating unforgettable memories, as a family.
Parenting on the move definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone, and as a result the whole experience really empowered me as a person, Mother and partner. So I decided to set up my own website, www.gemmaandgeorge.com to share my travel experiences and inspire other parents to travel whilst on maternity.
I aim to provide practical information, travel tips, travel guides and family friendly destinations for children of all ages. We’ll be leaving the UK for our next adventure in November 2020, heading to New Zealand. We would love you to follow our journey :)
