y President and Artist Eli Tettey a.k.a IsCream. Our aim is to become the most successful Label in Ghana by 2014. Past and current artists have included IsCream, bra Kevin Beats and Taurian Deveaux,Greenfield, Looney the TKR and Lyrical Wanzam. In 2011, the label was nominated 6 times and won 2 awards for “Best Directed Video and “Discovery of the Year” for our artist, bra Kevin Beats for his smash hit single “3 Headed Beast” at the 4syte Music Video Awards held in Ghana. In April 2012, 3 Headed Beast” was again nominated for 2 awards at the Ghana Music Awards for “Hip Hop Video of the Year” and “Best New Artist”. At the 2012 4syte Music video awards, Cryme Records was again nominated for “Best Hip Hop” video for “Honey Dip” by Greenfield and “Best Special Effects” for Looney’s 1+1=3 video. Album releases by Cryme Records included ” All Rap Everything” by bra Kevin Beats, No Hook by Greenfield, Afropolitank Mixtape by Lyrical Wanzam and “My Tunes EP by Looney the TKR. In July 2013, Cryme Records plans another album release titled “Extremely Looney”. This is a joint album project by label mates Looney the TKR and Lyrical Wanzam. The first single off “Extremely Looney”, “Dream” was released in February 2013. Our vision is to create a brand sound, which is competitive in Ghana, Africa and the rest of world.
