We are delighted to confirm the full line up for our opening session, 'Knowledge Is Power', at the Access All Areas Conference & Awards. The panel will see young promoters and producers alongside well-established industry leaders discuss whether enough is being done to support the next generation of event professionals and ensure we have a diverse, healthy and professional workforce.

Black Deer Festival co-founder Gill Tee, AEG Presents promoter Kara Harris, The Fair group director Yas Galletti and Continental Drifts MD Chris MacMeikan MBE will join us at EartH on 16 November to discuss the powerful lessons that young event professionals and industry veterans can learn from each other.

Nicole's passion and enthusiasm in life are something people often notice about her. She is incredibly sociable and loves spending time with friends and family.
Nicole has a very caring side too and is normally branded the ‘mum' by my friendship group. She always been the organiser in her family and that part of her personality has held Nicole in great stead for her career.

Sustainability has become her passion and Becca brings a different focus by not just working sustainably for the planet, but also in a way that is sustainable for physical and mental health.

Will Richardson is a very accomplished and confident GM. Driven by his passion to make sure that every event is as good as the first gig you ever went to, Will will always strive to go above and beyond. He has the ability to make people around him feel at ease which is what gives his team the confidence to push forward with their careers.
Will's passion doesn't just stop with music, he is dedicated to exercise. Juggling late nights and long shifts he still makes sure he looks after his well-being. Will's ability to do this is a great example to younger managers joining the team proving that sometimes you can still achieve a good work-life balance.

Producing public, private and corporate events she has worked across multiple sectors including fashion, financial and FMCG, she has built a strong skill set and industry understanding that is invaluable to the team. With her brilliant project management skills she ensures projects are kept on time and on track for any client she supports.

Starting in theatre his passion for live events grew after attending Boardmasters in 2016. Ross then went to university to study Live events production and took every work opportunity possible, and did not stop during the 2019 festival season.⁠
After the pandemic and his degree, Ross began full time at Production Park as the Studio and Events Coordinator. Events his my passion and all he thinks about.⁠

Natasha is Co-Founder and Creative Director of Imagineerium, a new design and build agency for experiential events. Her repertoire includes major stages and areas for Boomtown and Glastonbury, and working with brands such as Formula 1, Clarks Originals, Redbull and AB InBev. Architecturally and theatrically trained, and an experienced design, build and project manager, she brings incredible concepts to the design studio, follows with technical plans to match, all then evidenced in the quality of the final delivery.⁠

Isabelle has been working in the events industry for 3 years, plus one year of voluntary event work between school and university for Welsh charity, Prostate Cymru. It was this early event experience that led her to make the decision to move away from her degree in Creative Product Design. She has worked for Bright Event Management ever since, exceeding expectations as an Event Coordinator, she was promoted to Event Manager within her first year.

Will is passionate about live music and from an early age was in bands and DJing before heading to Manchester to study engineering. In 2016 Will was director of student-led Panagea Festival before joining Broadwick in 2017 and then founding METHOD in 2019. Will's passions for live music and engineering drive a unique mindset combining the magic of creativity and power of technology.

Lauren has worked as the Events Coordinator for 2.5 years supporting the Events Officer to deliver an extensive programme of outdoor events and support external organisers in the planning of their events. She is practical, resourceful, flexible, capable and has a good knowledge of health & safety and event management. She is also approachable and relaxed, much needed traits in the outdoor events world, building good relationships with organisers, suppliers and contractors. She loves her job and is very good at it, but has ambitions to grow and develop in this industry.
