BTS for The Wisdom Badge

Our goal was to create a classic book of fables and bring it to life through an old-fashioned paper-cut-out theatre show.
We collaborated with , a talented young illustrator known for her traditional pen and ink style, reminiscent of Victorian children’s book illustrations.
The illustrations were carefully created, cut out and mounted in preparation for a puppet-style animation. We held rehearsals to synchronise the action with the soundtrack.
Once everything was ready, we began shooting! The puppet animation was performed live to the soundtrack and captured entirely in-camera, with no post-production needed.
