51st State Festival will take place on Copthall Playing Fields on Saturday 5th August 2023

Following the success of the sold-out 2021 edition, we are super-excited to announce 51st Festival returns bigger and better for 2022 with a brand new festival site, Copthall Playing Fields in North London!

It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the postponement of 51st State Festival until 2025.

Due to the cost of living crisis, a significant increase in operational costs and operational issues, as an independent festival it is not economically feasible for us to proceed in 2024.

We are very passionate about the event and this decision has not been made lightly, we have explored all possible avenues to avoid this outcome. Regrettably, this challenge is not unique to us, a significant number of other UK festivals facing similar pressures have also had to postpone or cancel their events.

Your tickets will automatically be valid for 2025, but should you prefer a refund, please consult Skiddle by Friday 7th June for the refund process. We do encourage you to support us by retaining your tickets until 2025 if possible.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone, including our attendees, artists, suppliers, Barnet council and local stakeholders who have supported us over the past eight years.
