major credit and debit cards (sorry, but we do not accept Diners Club cards)
electronic bank transfer

Booking

We ask for a credit or debit card number which we will validate to secure the room. Actual payment can be by any acceptable means (see Payment below). Unlike many establishments, we do not operate an overbooking policy. We treat your booking as a contract, and will make sure that the room you book is available for you when you arrive. At the time of booking we may ask you for an estimate of your arrival time so that we can make sure everything is ready for you. Cancellation

In the event that you book accommodation but do not arrive at Villa Sobrano Country House, your credit or debit card will be charged in full, unless we are able to re-let the room(s) at no additional cost. This charge will also apply if you cancel your booking within 7 days of the date of the accommodation you have booked.If you cancel your booking before 7 days prior to your arrival date a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged in the event that we are unable to re-let the room(s) at no additional cost. Payment

We prefer payment by cheque, cash or electronic bank transfer. We also accept payment by all major credit cards ( excluding Diners Club). Other information:

Check-in is normally between 4pm and 7 pm. We request that guests vacate their rooms by 10am on their day of departure. If you would like to arrive or depart outside of these times, please check with us before booking.
