Polite notice.
The producer/s regarding ‘The Hit’ (formally known as ‘The Only Way Was Essex’) was my Ex-Wife and I (Crime Genre Films UK)
I definitely would not cut ties with my own work.
Especially after all the hard work the cast and crew put into it.
So obviously, the film ‘The Hit’ was not dissolved.
‘Stepney Wall’ sadly to some but not to the friends and family who matter, does indeed exist.
I have three amazing and talented children to prove the existence of myself.
‘Vanity’ project, sorry to disappoint no it was not.
(In actual fact and please remember the ‘facts’ the character ‘Micky Stepney Edwards’ had the lest dialogue and screen presence)
I wrote it that way, that is ‘fact’
(Disappointingly to some, I do not have Narcissistic values) far from it actually.
All promotional artwork etc was promoted showing the talented cast, including supporting artists.
‘We’ my Ex-Wife and I (Crime Genre Films UK) always made it priority to highlight our cast and crew, no matter how little part they played.
Valued, respected and very much appreciated.
The work put into ‘The Hit’ by all the cast and crew were 100% dedicated and very talented.
To belittle a project in which they had put their hard work into is disrespectful.
Not to just our cast/crew but to every struggling UK artist/filmmaker etc.
Disgraceful when understanding how difficult the UK low-budget film industry is to have any lasting success in.
To me, ‘it’s water of a ducks back’
I’ve been the villain in many life stories, it’s a parting gift I give so they can feel better for their lies.
‘The Hit’ was never released due to Non-Disclosure agreements being broken, resulting in particular scenarios requiring to be re-shot, which disappointingly just didn’t happen.
(The Covid outbreak was a main factor in this)
This was the only single reason in being un-released and no other.
‘The Only Way Was Essex’ was not formerly known as ‘The Hit’.
‘The Only Way Was Essex’ was indeed the original title. How do I know?
Well, I actually wrote it.
To have authority in ‘facts’ you do have to know the actual ‘facts’
