A way to remind us how a dancefloor is a shared space of freedom, emancipation, and culture. It’s a place where we sweat together, gather to feel the power of sound. A space where the right to commune and dance freely to techno takes on its full meaning. While the piano notes during the break are delicate, the synth lead in the second part pulls no punches, much like the style of Moritz Hofbauer or Massano.

Kevin Di Serna returns to Sudbeat with ‘The Perfect Time is Now’ featuring a massive remix from Musumeci and Dodi Palese for a pack that oozes absolute musical quality.

No stranger to the label, Kevin has recently been busy DJing worldwide as well as making great music like his last collab with Hernan himself. Away from Sudbeat, he’s amassed a healthy catalogue on some huge labels including LNOE and Innervisions.

Opening with a tough tribal groove, ‘The Perfect Time is Now’ leaps from the speakers. Spoken words add some intrigue as the percussions intensify for new melodic layers to increase the tension. Letting up briefly in the breaks, this is a fiery peak-time bruiser for the darker floors. On remix duties, Musumeci and Dodi Palese, who scored a huge hit with Innervisions’Secret Weapons series recently up the ante here with a groovy and musical reinterpretation that will have your hands to the sky!

Stu McNally follows up his last E.P (Awaken From Dreams) with ‘Fascination Obsession’. A progressive, atmospheric, techy and hypnotic affair bordering a fine line between Progressive/Deep Trance and Progressive House.

On remix duties MACCATRAXX is proud to have the hugely talented Swedish Dj and Producer, Björn Fogelberg. Fresh from his remixes and original productions for Freegrant Music, ICONYC, Sounds of Krafted, Hexagonal Music, Addictive Sounds and Oxytocin; Björn brings a great alternative to the original with his tight production techniques, a solid groove and tribal percussive elements that’s hard not to move to. Great stuff!

Landing in DJs inboxes - Sean Harvey - Up & Down / Motion Station [Keep Thinking]

Sean Harvey returns to the label for his first outing of 2025.

Up & Down is absolutely full of it - big uplifting wonkiness with a dash of rolling groove, plus a bending lead that takes control of the speakers as and when it dictates. Original as it gets.

Motion Station balances out the release with a deeper vibe. You’d be forgiven for calling this a ‘dubbed out chugger’ to your compadres, because that’s quite simply the best way to describe this cavernous adventure. Perfect set shaping material for those who live for the journey.

Lucas Pierre - Déjà Demain - Bonzai Progressive

We welcome Brussels based DJ and producer Lucas Pierre to Bonzai Progressive with his superb debut slice ‘Déjà Demain’. Lucas started his DJ career in 1997, inspired by 80s New Wave and Electro Pop. In 2001, he launched an event series that brought national and international DJs to Belgium, gaining recognition at top venues like La Rocca and City Parade. He later opened Club’In, a hub for Belgium’s top DJs, which propelled his international career to countries like France, Spain, and India, performing alongside stars such as Robbie Rivera and Hernan Cattaneo. Lucas also teamed up with Plastic Bertrand as the duo PB&A. As a producer, he released tracks on major labels and featured in compilations like City Parade and ADE Amsterdam. Great to have him on board.
