: BEHEADINGS IN ENGLISH-SPEAKING AREAS: HERE IS THE LIST OF SPONSORS AND THEIR VICTIMS* Surprised by the capacity for resilience and resistance of the English-speaking people of Southern Cameroons (North-West & South-West of Cameroon), aware of the synergy between the separatist armed groups and the local populations, the power of Yaoundé has, by intermediary of its secret services (General Delegation of External Research, Military Security), set up a plan to infiltrate the independence movement by groups of thugs who kidnap against ransom, kill and decapitate their victims with the aim of (1) discourage local populations who support armed groups and pit the former against the latter (2) from arousing protests from the international community vis-à-vis the separatist leaders and obtaining, in the medium or long tegrm, the classification of the English-speaking independence movement as a terrorist organization.
The characteristics of these heinous crimes are that (1) most of the victims are either men in uniform (police, gendarmes and soldiers), or young girls whose alibi for the crime is to have maintained intimate relations with soldiers . Thus, the crime is most easily attributed to English-speaking separatists (2) the crimes are always filmed and published in real time on social networks (3) Activists close to the Biya regime are curiously the ones who first broadcast the videos of these assassinations on the same day as their commission (4) the supposed or real assassins are always arrested a few days later, enough to suggest that it is not a question of separatists but of simple brigands. Below is a non-exhaustive list of these victims of reason of state as well as their sponsors and apologists who will have to answer to the International Criminal Court when the time comes: OLIVIER WOUNTAÏ: Teacher killed and beheaded on May 21, 2019 in Bamenda (English-speaking north-west). His head was found at a place called Nkwen. The tragedy occurred on the same day as the assassination by Cameroonian soldiers of a baby named Martha, 4 months old, in the locality of Muyuka (South-West). The publicity organized by the criminal regime of Yaoundé around the case of this teacher was intended to divert the attention of international opinion from the assassination of baby Martha in Muyuka. FLORENCE AYAFOR: Prison guard murdered on September 29, 2019 in Pinying (north-west) by separatists, from official sources. Decapitated, her body was mutilated and dragged hundreds of meters by her captors who filmed this horrific scene and posted on social media a few hours later. On July 10, the Military
Security Division announced the arrest of 2 of Florence Ayafor's assassins. One of them was arrested in Bonabéri in Douala in the midst of arms trafficking, according to the press release from the Ministry of Defense. Do the Amba Boys already have camps in the city of Douala? Was the arms trade only one person's business?
POLICE OFFICER PAUL NWANA VAWAHAT: While on duty at the Bamenda 2nd District Public Security Commissariat, the head of the police officer was found on October 20, 2019 at Ngeng Junction, Bamenda City. Two days later, propaganda agents from the Yaoundé government announced the arrest by BIR elements of the young girl in whose home the man in uniform was beheaded. Prestidigitation as of course, in order to cover the tracks leading to a state crime. Gendarmerie Chief Warrant Officer Ndongo Jean Noel: In service at the Brasseries du Cameroun post in Muyuka, Gendarmerie Warrant Officer Ndongo Jean Noël, according to official propaganda, was killed by English-speaking independence fighters on November 9, 2019 and then buried alive. Curiously, Cameroonian soldiers managed to locate the exact place where Warrant Officer Ndongo was buried. Are the armed separatists already within reach of the Cameroonian military? DIANE EFON: This is a young girl buried alive on November 17, 2019 at a place called Kossala, in the city of Kumba (southwest). According to cyber-activists close to the Biya regime on social networks, the crime bears the signature of armed separatists who accused this girl of having a romantic relationship with a firefighter. But as curious as it may seem, Cameroonian soldiers managed to find the exact place where the young girl was buried and exhumed her body. As if they were working closely with the separatists! CORPORAL-NURSE SETA KEVIN: Corporal of the Rapid Intervention Battalion (BIR), Seta Kevin had his throat cut on December 23, 2019 by armed separatists, according to official propaganda. However, when he was arrested, he was staying in his village located in the Mbengwi district (north-west) alongside his brothers from the village, some of whom were members of the armed independence groups. His fault, from sources well introduced within the Cameroonian army, is to have wanted to desert the army to find himself in Dubai.
TREASURE MBAH: The 22-year-old girl was killed, had her throat slit on August 3, 2020 and her body thrown into a stream on the outskirts of Bamenda. According to official propaganda, Treasure Mbah was assassinated by members of armed separatist groups who accused her of being a spy in their camp for the benefit of the army. However, arrested by the same separatists a few days earlier, she was released after revealing that she offered her sexual services to army colonels based in Bamenda. And if it was the latter who had decided to finish with her fearing that she would deliver strategic information to the separatists! COMFORT TUMASANG: Aged 36 and mother of 4 children, this young girl was beheaded on August 10 by armed separatists, according to the official version. Curiously, the crime took place a few meters from a military camp. The young Comfort was accused by the English-speaking separatists of having intimate relations with Cameroonian soldiers. Two residents of the Center for Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration (DDR) were identified in the video of this heinous crime. In charge of secret operations in the context of the Anglophone conflict, author of the secret plan to infiltrate armed separatist groups, he is the one who promotes the supply of false armed groups with weapons and ammunition. 5-ATANGA NJI PAUL, Minister of Territorial Administration and agent of the Cameroonian secret services. He sponsors criminal militias in the North West region but designates them as vigilante committees. 6-NKONDA TITUS, ex-soldier of the British Navy, English-speaking pro-Biya activist, administrator of the virtual platforms Ma Kontri Pipo Dem (MKPD) and DDR Cameroon. He is the one who first receives and broadcasts the videos of the horrific crimes of the pro-government militias, which he hastens to attribute to the separatists. 7-ROLLY KLEIN LONDELL, activist. Like Nkonda Titus, Rolly Klein is the first to relay the images and videos of the atrocities committed by the armed groups created, financed and armed by the securocrats of the Biya regime but which the latter attribute to the armed separatists
