Monday of this week was all “Lights, Camera, Action” for Janet. Well maybe not quite that, but she was down in the centre of Huddersfield at the brand new Daphne Steel building in front of the camera with John McCombe – McCombe & Co Financial Planning.

Janet has been mentoring John through the Huddersfield Health Innovation Programme and as this initiative comes to a close at the end of March 2025, mentors and mentees have been invited, from both sides, to share their feedback and benefits.

Watch out for the fully edited footage being shared on the social media for the University of Huddersfield Huddersfield Health Innovation Programme’s social media soon.

It's National Apprenticeship Week! 💼 This week is all about celebrating the brilliant impact apprenticeships have - helping individuals kick-start their careers and giving businesses fresh talent!

Some of our fantastic clients are doing amazing work in this space:

Heneghan Architecture welcomed Caleb in January 2024, who’ll be balancing work with studying at Sheffield Hallam University as he completes his Part II Architects Course, and Ciara - who joined the team in September - and, despite already having a degree in Interior Architecture, has taken the opportunity to gain an Architectural Technology degree through a fully funded apprenticeship 🏗

Parsons Accountants are also leading the way, with 9 apprentices currently developing their careers within the company 📊

Building Our Skills - Making Fenestration A Career of Choice are paving the way with bridging the skills gap in the fenestration glass & glazing industry, inspiring young people to enrol themselves on technical apprenticeships!

Apprenticeships are a brilliant way to learn real, hands-on skills while gaining valuable work experience. We’re proud to support businesses investing in the next generation! 👏
