After a decade of working in the Aviation sector I am now a stay at home mum of 2 boys and live locally in Gloucestershire. I believe in the value of homemade, crafted, quality baked goods. Not only do they warm the home, but my products will definitely warm the heart. Ever since I was little I have loved pancakes and often wanted an alternative to traditional sponge cake but could never find anything...So I decided to start making my own.
