I wanted some precious VHS converted to DVD so took them to a professional outfit to have them done. I was really disappointed with the results, especially given the price! There was no menu system nor editing, and we got half an hour of amateur falconry in the middle of our homemade A Christmas Carol! I invested in the software and equipment, and have spent about 4 years teaching myself how to us

e it all. I can now create proper DVDs and make it easy to find precious moments. I can create bespoke videos for birthdays and special events. I can add music, photographs and animation; whatever you want. I can now also convert cassettes to MP3 or CD, saving long-lost recordings for posterity.
