You can see from our project in Palm Springs; careful emphasis was placed on how the building was to be designed around the passage of the sun throughout the day and year to optimise solar shading and maximise airflow. Therefore, we opted to use the sun as the protagonist in our animation, tracking its movement throughout the day as it interacts with this beautiful home.

Our animation specialist Kaysee has been working on an animation for Andas Homes new development Chapel Wold. The animation needed to showcase the site as a whole, showing the panoramic views of the rolling yorkshire hills, really selling what lifestyle the site has to offer.

One of our favourite projects to work on this year has been The Reach apartments, for our client Nicolas James Group. We have loved creating a full visualisation pack and a development brochure pack to really showcase what the apartments have to offer.
We are excited to share with you the animation that our animation expert Kaysee has produced. It truly showcases the interesting architecture, stunning interiors and beautiful estuary views that can be enjoyed from most of the apartments.

This week we are excited to share with you the final phase for The Heights project. We have been working closely with our client Moorhaven Developments to produce them a marketing suite to showcase their new development, The Heights which is located in Staddon, near Plymouth.
Previously we have shared with you; the development branding and visualisation package. Today we wanted to share with you the animation that our queen of animation Kaysee created.
The animation showcases the stunning architecture and beautiful views surrounding the site. Kaysee has captured the essence and lifestyle of the site perfectly, suggesting the country lifestyle that is offered with close connections to city life.

Kaysee is our queen of animation, bringing developments to life β her storyboarded sequences set the scene with music and motion, showcasing the light, space and scope of interior and exterior spaces.
When we asked Kaysee what her favourite project was:
βI would have to say that it was the Marians Maples animation.
It was more of a personal thing for me, as it kind of represents a milestone in my development. I feel like I achieved a massive step up in the quality of the animations that I produced.
But it was also a very enjoyable project, as it was very smooth sailing, and I had a lot of freedom in creating the animation how I envisioned it.β

Master Sequence
This week we are excited to be able to launch The Penarvor website! Our design team has been working hard with our web developer to design this beautiful website, which showcases The Penarvor apartments in all their glory.
We worked closely with the client to design and build a website which created awareness and built up interest in the development. The website itself needed to not only showcase the development but also show the local area, giving an insight into the lifestyle that the apartments offer.
Our design team designed the website to have a luxurious and sophisticated look, it also needed to follow the same design style as the marketing materials, therefore giving the brand consistency. We wanted to ensure that every part of the marketing suite was accessible on the website, this included the CGIs, virtual tours, brochure, floor plans, interactive site map and also the location film. By having everything all in one place, it meant that it was easy to access and could be viewed any time by a potential buyer.
The website needed to be easy to navigate. We placed a burger menu in the top right hand corner where you could access all of the different pages and also return to the home page if desired.
