Here’s what happened when we ran a KPI session with our client , and PPC partner
- Informative and collaborative session
- Clear success metrics to aim for
- Benchmarking data (which delights our Insights Team!)
- Reflecting on success to date
- Holding ourselves accountable
- Identifying areas for further improvement

And the best outcome... we have more juicy stats to dig our teeth into. 😁

KPI sessions like these feed into our focus for the rest of 2024 and beyond, so we can brainstorm future website improvements (both big and small) and measure against them.

We recently reviewed the digital design guidelines for . We audited UX & UI, considered the use of colour, hero banners and backgrounds, then revised our guidelines. ✨

We’ve refreshed ’s homepage! 👏

One25 is a charity that supports women who street s*x work. They do incredible work and we are lucky enough to call them a long-standing client of Atomic Smash.

One25 can now better demonstrate impact from the homepage with a new stats block and a section that puts a spotlight on one of many stories from women they’ve helped. 🥰 The whole page is fully editable so their team is empowered to change and update web content.

There’s a new navigation and header layout with a focus on usability and accessibility. Now the nav bar is sticky, the header is clean and condensed on both desktop and mobile, and One25’s mission statement is more legible, taking centre stage. ✨

We also added a special effect to the donate button in the nav bar – hover your mouse over the donate button from a desktop computer to fill the heart! ♥️

We created an entirely bespoke WordPress-integrated solution for ’s Brain Injury Employment Hub. 💻

We were tasked with producing an online hub that feels unique and creative, meets a high standard of accessibility, and paces information appropriately for a target audience who may be experiencing cognitive challenges.

This work included:
➡️ A campaign landing page with a table of contents
➡️ Dark and light theme variants for flexibility
➡️ Signposting to the resource for multiple audience groups
➡️ Supporting engaging content types including stats, images and video
➡️ Sections of the guide broken down into FullPage.js slides; a functionality and stylistic tool to help make this campaign feel unique and special

Plus a range of styled content blocks ✨ that are aligned with their brand guidelines and documentation on how to use them.

This gives our client the power to build out the campaign further over time, or create future campaigns using this branded toolset. 👏

We designed a new homepage hero variant for and tested how it performed.

The challenge… 🖥️

Following a site audit, we made recommendations to A/B test a new hero that would improve both page loading times and design while making the header more functional for site visitors; and we wanted to see if it would positively impact on conversions too.

The results… 👀

The new hero performed 12.72% ✨ better on CTA clicks than the control. 👏
