I had a really fun interview with Freddy and Lewis at - it's up on my YouTube channel now (link in bio)

The headliner has had to drop out of this brilliant charity event being organised by our friend to help
Is there anyone that could give some time to a great cause and be the EXTRA SPECIAL GUESTS? I can guarantee it'll be a laugh with a great audience, and you'd be helping the charity to help homeless young people around Bristol and the whole South West.
Comment or DM and I can put you in touch.
(You can also donate or buy tickets on the QR code too)
It's been a great few weeks and I have LOTS to share...but for now I need π΄π΄π΄π΄π΄π΄
Thanks to everyone that has made Krankenhaus Festival
ArcTanGent & End Of The Road Festival such fun π
Woah, we might have been a bit tired but Sunday at End Of The Road Festival pulled us through!
We began the day with solo whistling from and orchestral sounds from , before woke us up.
Then we headed to the forest for an afternoon of comedy with Thaniya Moore and Stewart Lee. We got a free shower as it suddenly got dark and tipped it down at the end of Josie's set.
Then it was time for an interview with Ty Segall before getting my brain melted by SLIFT again.
Mum organised a muffin meet-up where lots of our mates got together for an hour to eat cake and chat, then it was the crazy dash between clashing sets - Ty Segall, English Teacher & Snooper
Our festival was rounded off by one of my favourite bands -
I was covered in beer, spent half of the gig under crowd surfers on a lilo and left totally shattered, but very happy.
Pics as usual are by Hannah Lilliput - thanks for everything Mum x
Today's is from the new album from
It's not what you might expect...it's all made with percussion instruments. The whole album is definitely worth a listen - I'm looking forward to seeing him live again today
Saturday felt like a Sunday...but we got through with the help of some brilliant music (and Mum and Dad appreciated gin party π₯³)
It was awesome to see The None for the first time -look out for an interview in the next zine. And ending the day with a packed out, adoring crowd for Big Special was amazing.
A bit late with my quickFriday dump, but it was a goooood day - so many good bands playing that it was a bit hectic with clashes
released a great new album today. I honestly could've picked a y song for but I picked this one.
Enjoy ππ¦πππͺ²
A great start to yesterday with two of my favourite bands - & plus a beautiful set from

Heartworms Gustaf Colossal Squid Hello Mary Gurriers, Richard Dawson, Militarie Gun, MSPAINT, Senyawa
I had festival flu yesterday so totally forgot π€¦
Today's TOTD is a quieter one from Man/Woman/Chainsaw who I saw for the first time (and definitely not the last) at the weekend. Their album is out in November with a run of in-stores too.
I'm a bit out of touch with new songs after being in Krankenhaus all weekend, so here's a song that isn't new but might be new to you. From their album from last year
Their live set at the weekend was awesome.
This'll wake you up on a Sunday!!!
From the new EP from that was out on Friday
I think this is the first time that I've been interview-bombed by ducks π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦π¦

It's taking a while to get over Saturday at
Literally every set was brilliant - starting with , then a surprisingly chilled , who knew that acoustic guitar and violin was what we needed on Sunday lunchtime?
Then crazy sets from & .alone_cork and my favourites blew everyone away again.
The evening was big riffs from .official & , with the total surprise of , being even better than their album and ending with
It was great to see and hang out with so many friends
Dinner was obviously from ...I'll be dreaming about it til Trees next year
The first person to tell me I've grown today at ArcTanGent ...Stuart Braithwaite! Finally meeting in person 3 years after one of my favourite ever interviews.
I'm still proud of the question who would win in a fight, a Batcat or a Glasgow Mega Snake? π
Looking forward to my 1st time seeing Mogwai tonight
Woah, my first day at ArcTanGent was amazing π€―
Everyone told me it rains all the time at ATG but it was really hot and sunny
Some stand out sets were HAAL - it was so good to see them with a really big crowd on a massive stage, and their sound filled the whole tent. Certainly very different from being only a few feet away from them in the dry ice at The Louis π
Sans Froid also had a great crowd and sounded brilliant as always... didn't quite manage our interview due to an admin error (Mum!!), but I promise that it is definitely coming
I can't believe I haven't seen Benefits since last summer. It was great to catch up with Kingsley for a very in-depth discussion about our favourite Disney princesses, and to see the set now that the songs from Nails are more familiar.
Yard were so in your face that we actually ended up going home after - beats, noise, lights and Emmet totally came alive as a front person. A headline performance for us for sure
El Moono & Every Hell both played commanding sets in the PX3 tent too.
Had great fun catching up with Kulk & Thank
too. Pad Thai for dinner, everything brownie for pudding
Knackered now. Early night before a long day tomorrow.

It was great to finally meet Kulk at ArcTanGent this year. Here they take on the 1 question interview...at the math rock festival full of polyrhythms and time sig changes πππ
Thank take on the PSP 1 question interview at ArcTanGent (Don't worry, I also got a full interview for the zine or YouTube too!)
Look π Frank Skinner was happy to stop for a moment to take on the pint-sized punk 1 question interview at 2000 Trees Festival last month Check out my other interview videos too π
I had a great time talking to Hugo White from 86TVs before their album launch show tonight. I promise that the answers for the zine are a bit longer ππππ
CLT DRP take on the PSP 1 question interview again at 2000 Trees Festival Their set on the NEU stage was definitely the best I have ever seen them and one of the highlights of the whole weekend
I waited for 2 hours for a 37 seconds interview, but I achieved an ambition of speaking to NOVA TWINS after a brilliant main stage set at 2000 Trees Festival (headliner next time, yeah?) They thought I was joking when I said it would only take a minute πππ
My mates SNAYX take on the 1 interview challenge at 2000 Trees Festival after an epic drive including breaking down for 8 hours on the autobahn in Germany π± What a bunch of stars π€©
Panic Shack take on the 1 question interview at 2000 Trees Festival last weekend in between a crushed main stage set and headlining the Neu stage
2000 Trees Festival supports several music-related charities I went with Panic Shack to volunteer with Gig Buddies and learn about what they do from volunteer Kai Jones and his buddy Richie.
2000 Trees Festival isn't just about the music - they also support some brilliant music-related charities. On Saturday I went with Panic Shack to volunteer at one of their favourite charities Gig Buddies. They pair up volunteers with adults with learning disabilities or autism so that they can go out and enjoy themselves at gigs, sport matches, theatre, going out for food or whatever. The buddies help with whatever is needed - from finding events and buying tickets, organising travel, thinking about plans (and backup plans) to enjoying the events themselves. I spoke to Richie and his buddy Kai Jones all about what they do, plus Panic Shack about the organisation that they have supported for ages. This was Richie's first go at a camping festival and I think he'll definitely be back if the rocking out to DFA 1979 or ESB is anything to go by ππ€π The stall at Trees was run by Gig Buddies Gloucestershire, with visits from Bristol, Oxford & Cymru too - look at https://gigbuddies.org.uk/ for info about how to volunteer or request services near you Gig Buddies Bristol Gig Buddies Cymru
After HOURS on non-stop interviews, Barry from Gallus still had enough voice for a 1 question interview and a brilliant set at 2000 Trees Festival It was great to see them on a big stage after last seeing them squished behind the pillars at The Fleece with Heavy Lungs. They really suited having some space to move around
Ireland's Naked Lungs take on my 1 question interview after their storming set at 2000 Trees Festival I was so glad to finally get to see them after they were recommended to me at Trees last year by Gurriers Don't worry, there'll be a full interview with them in the next zine too
Here's a special landscape video just for the Facebook gang π The Breeders at Bristol Sounds a couple of weeks ago.
