Thank you to everyone who played and came down to our Fake Escape show last Saturday. Our next event is next Thursday featuring work made with and about plants -- a perfect way to celebrate the spring!

Her music has been described as “tudorgaze” and “Burial meets Springwatch”. “Tape loops sampled from medieval cassettes found in charity shops in Essex, euphoric waves of distortion gleaned from field recordings and homemade instruments, and improvised responses on harp and violin.”

"J. Josephine is a Brighton-based sound-artist and performer. We are delighted to be welcoming Miles Spilsbury to The Rose Hill in a few weeks time! Miles will be playing music from his debut album Light Manoeuvres and improvisations in duet with bassist Cameron Dawson

Now the dust has settled, I still don't know what to write here. Thank you to all the acts that brought amazing sets. Thank you to The Rose Hill for their continued love and support of what we do. Thank you to Abe for being the perfect sound engineer for our nonsense. Thank you to all of those involved in Ceremonial Laptop, no matter how vicariously, you all make this happen. Most of all though, thank you to every single one of you that bought a ticket, came down and shared one of the best days of our lives. We love you. Hopefully we'll see you and the acts that couldn't be there at our next party, which will definitely be sooner than you think...
