What an honour its been to support Brighton Philharmonic on their 100th season 🎶✨️

Today was their Centenary Gala concert, and some of us were there to soak up the cosmic beauty of the Turangalîla Symphony. And wow, did the orchestra deliver! 🤩

We were working too, so expect some 1st class content in preparation for the 101st season.

Congratulations to everyone involved for a spectacular season, and here's to the next 100 🥂

Listening to customers leads to smiles 😁 AND sales 📈

A 24% increase in sales, that is, and a WHOPPING 6,456% return on investment! They were the headlines that led to us and Toupret UK becoming finalists at the Construction Marketing Awards.

But there was so much more to this campaign than sales.

Toupret, already a trusted brand for professional tradespeople, identified a need to expand its Wood Filler range based on consistent feedback from its community through social media and other channels. This feedback led to product innovation and an expansion of their beloved Wood Filler range.

Once the range was ready, we used customer comments and user-generated content to build a social campaign that generated excitement and anticipation, leading to 58k engagements, increased brand awareness and yes sales too.

We love working with brands so loved by their customers, like Toupret, and after 5 years together it feels like we're just getting started. Watch this space!
