Today’s Morning My Fav Dr Smith’s,
Has Called Me Nivea,Smith’s Smiled at me said Come through,I smiled Back & Telling My Legs are Hurting,Fire Burning pain & Cramping ,difficult of walking,sitting & Sleeping of past 8 days .Examined My Legs ,knees & Feet ,on top used a Measuring Tape for Calves ,Said both are equal ,Pulsing and Blood 🩸 circulation is alright,Good New 😻is No DVT or Blood clots ,Blood test is perfect happy for me ☺️ yeah ! and Bad new is He doesn’t know why my legs are Painful ?😭 But he is really glad that I’ve an appointment for Physio at this Wednesday 😻☺️.In Term of pain he could prescribe some pain killers , I said ,well I don’t like Taking medication,don’t mind trying different med for the Pain ,So he was Prescribing me 💊Naproxen Tables.As I’m extremely Fussy Girl 😝I like taking Aladdin Extra or Nurofen Express .He said NHS don’t prescribe those expensive pain killers,it’s ingredients are same but slightly faster relief for pain .NHS can’t afford ,have to be fair on everyone.I understand his point of logic.TBH I hate taking med ,try avoid painkillers unless terrible headaches 🤕 I’m so glad Everything is okay except from the pain My Doc Smith’s is always positive and motivative minded.His words makes me feel positive on my sickness 🥰😊
So I have to wait for the physio and probably I’ll boost my Home remedies 😊🤪🥳🥰

This morning with a heavy heart went to my Birmingham’s City centre for a refresher.I had to billions times push myself from home to get ready and to do my important things and cheer myself up,even middle of the day my brain stopped me for not going out. Well, my Brain and heart in a messy situation couldn't function properly, I Lost my appetite and I felt Numb. (selfies, Yummy doughnut, MeeCha Strawberry 🍓 bubble Tea and Sis Jhuma & mate Sarah tried to cheer & pampered me a lot…)

POV:Pick your Own Choices of Fresh Fruits🍓🍓 :-Lovely fruit picking place with plenty of car park and sitting area. The prices are reasonable and very helpful staff. many rows of amazing strawberries and raspberries,yesterday I have enjoyed picking strawberries.The sun flower field is amazing. A totally different experience. Must go place for a day out.I come here every year and Manor Farm never disappoints!
