Today is our day, just like every day.......
If your path is that of the healer, seeker, protector.
If your are happiest when you are in nature, foraging herbs, blending oils, treading lightly, and listening to the trees.
If you fiercely protect those you love, the world around you, the plant beings, the furred, feathered and winged ones.
If you have a knowing, you listen to your intuition and flow with the magic of life, take today to be grateful.
Grateful for all those that came before us, those whose lives were taken through fear and control. Those who were not able to live there lives fully. Today as the veil is thinnest, give deep thank you for you didn't just become a witch, it is in your very DNA, and we are here now to heal those wounds.

How you wake up every morning, will have an impact on your day.....
For 20 years or more now, I've known the power of waking up early every day, watching the sunrise when it does, and leaning into a daily practice.....
I have had many times, when I've fought against it, where I've forgotten it's power, where I just wasn't feeling it.......even that was a deeper reflection on where life was at in that moment.
Today, our last full day in Morocco I woke early, sat as the sun rose in the sky, meditated, really I just closed my eyes, breathed deeply, and listened to the sounds of the world around me waking up, don't complicate meditation just because it sounds like something you should do.....
I stretched my body, I didn't do yoga, I didn't exercise, I just gently stretched in whatever way my body told me it needed too.
I journalled, well I sat here with a notepad and I wrote whatever was going on in my head, today my brain stream was a beautiful conscious dialogue of the true nature of our sacred sister collectives alignment to my truth as it's founder, and steping more deeply into feminine leadership.
I read some words that I find deeply inspiring.
And I popped on a banging tune, to wake up my vibe for the day......I danced, well I moved my body to music, and it felt good....
Don't overcomplicate things by giving it a name that makes it feel like 'doing', I'm doing yoga, I'm doing my journal, I'm doing exercise, I'm doing some meditation.......
My morning spiritual practice is one of BEing, not DOing.....and now instead of feeling like a chore, I love it, and I love me more, because of it.
And yes, as a mum, entrepreneur, leader, I am busy.....so I choose that to have this moment in the day, I have to get up earlier than everyone else, but I guarantee you, it is worth it, you are worth it, give it a go. ❤️

Something that has rattled me throughout my study and time as an interfaith minister, where are the women.......this was a part of my whole study, to seek out the female mystics.
What I learned more than anything else is my path, is not led by a man or a women, it is led by love, it is to be with the presence of love, it is to connect always back to love. ♥️

Having been an aromatherapist for 30 years now I'm never very far away from blending something special.
This blend is all about gathering. Bringing together your circle, connecting with your purpose and intent, empowering you to go out and connect to the women you want to magnestise to you and your particular essence and work.
I blend intuitively, and I don't ask questions of the whys, I just set the intention of who or what I am blending for, and let magic do the rest.
I am also reclaiming the word of witch and allowing it to flow more freely through my work and my every day life. Even my mum tells people I'm a white witch these days, I was so surprised when I first heard that, but when asked about it she said, well it's the only way I can describe Laura, that covers all of the many things she does, she's just magic ✨ very sweet, and I guess real in many ways, and our Sacred Sister Community is full of witches too. Wise women, reclaiming there power, to walk our mother earth with the lightness and healing she deserves, that know things, that trust the healing process, who want to heal the sisterwound that we all feel, it is a beautiful place to be..........

Unbridled Woman.
Free woman is a woman who cannot be curbed.
She is the fullness of her power,
And she is terrifying.
As much as You would like to,
You have no control over her.
So You lose Your sense of security with her.
Unbridled woman.
With her power and multidimensionality,
She awakens within You feelings that great, that You feel You crushed and overwhelmed by it,
and so You react with aggression or freezing.
Often directed precisely at her...
Women were burnt at the stake, put into specific roles, covered in turbans, silenced, considered dirty, licentious and impure,
Because men were afraid to meet their real power.
The strength that is derived from the energy of creation.
The force one dimension of which is sexuality.
This has been the history of the collective since the dawn of time.
But it can be changed.
Women today sit politely in a corner in fear for their lives,
And even when they appear to be colourful and loud,
They unconsciously continue to live stifled from within, because that is how their nervous system tells them to fight their way to survival.
Man, who is able to unite with the feelings that are born in him at the sight of an uncontrollable woman, gains something greater than himself.
Man who can coexist with her, appreciate her gifts truly and create natural sense of security,
gets in return something that cannot be described in words.
By rising to the heights of courage, man saves himself, her, and the collective, by setting an example.
Together, they create the quality of New Earth,
The place of the Union.
