Hello, Delicious food lovers!
Here we came up with our Afghani Pulao recipe. It is also called Kabuli/Kabli Pulao. This is also kind of biriyani.
So here is the written recipe for you all:

Ingredients:
- Basmati Rice - 3 cups
- Beef - 1 kg, Cubed
- Onions - 2 pcs, large(finely chopped)
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Cloves - 1 tsp
- Bay leaves - 2
- Cinnamons
- Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger paste - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1 tsp, Whole
- Salt to taste
- Carrots - 2 medium, grated
- Raisins - 1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts
- Oil - 1/3 cup
- Green chilli - 7-8
Cooking Process:
- Parboil the rice (do not completely cook the rice) and drain the rice. Or you can keep the rice in hot water for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pot. Cook the grated carrots, then cashews
- and then fry the raisin till it plumps. Drain and set aside.
- Pour all the spices (Onions, Cumin seeds, Cloves, Bay leaves, Cinnamons, Garlic and ginger paste, Black pepper) into the oil
- Now add the meat and cook for a while
- Add salt and then fry till brown
- Add water and simmer till tender.
- Place the rice into the meat pan, and stir very gently (make sure there is some meat stock there)
- Sprinkle the whole green chillies
- Add the carrot-raisin-Cashew mixture over the rice.
- Cover the pan tightly and place it on a hot Dum over for 40 mins.
