Sziget Festival has started revealing the very first artists set to perform at the 2025 edition. The first acts include Anyma, Chappell Roan and Charli XCX. The Island of Freedom also welcomes Justice, Armin van Buuren, Boris Brejcha, Papa Roach, Blossoms, Nelly Furtado, The Blessed Madonna and many more. Festival-goers can expect an array of diverse acts and immersive experiences when Sziget returns to Budapest’s Óbuda Island from August 6-11, 2025. ✨

Spanning over 6 days, every year Sziget transforms its island into the ‘The Island of Freedom’, evolving the site into a choose-your-own-adventure that welcomes thousands of visitors from over 100 countries. Located in the heart of Budapest, Hungary, Sziget Festival offers a diverse program featuring global headliners, world music, circus, art and more. Over the years, the festival has welcomed renowned artists such as Arctic Monkeys, Billie Eilish, David Bowie, Dua Lipa, Fred again.., Post Malone, Prince, Florence + the Machine, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, Ed Sheeran, Kendrick Lamar and Stromae, among many others. Bear Stone Festival announced the first line-up wave for their 2025 edition of the festival including acts like Graveyard, King Buffalo, Motorpsycho, The Vintage Caravan and 13 more. 🙌 In addition to expanding its genre diversity, the young Croatian music festival remains true to its origins. While they announce to remain rooted in the classics - stoner rock, psychedelic rock, doom metal and everything in between - the 2024 edition has already shown an exciting exploration of modern sub-genres, oriented towards a modern fusion of neo-psychedelia with acid rock. The festival aims to continue exploring this diversity in the future. ✨

Roskilde Festival announced 25 new acts for their 2025 festival edition including superstar Olivia Rodrigo 🫶

The multi-platinum, three-time Grammy winner will perform at the Roskilde Festival next year. The concert will be her only Scandinavian show in 2025. The Danish festival has also announced 24 other names for next year's line-up, including Deftones, Jamie xx, A. G. Cook, Anoushka Shankar and HorsegiirL.

Last month, Roskilde Festival announced the first 28 artists for the 2025 line-up, including Stormzy, Fontaines D.C., Arca, Beth Gibbons, MØ and Electric Callboy. With the new announcement, a total of 53 acts have now been unveiled - the complete line-up will include around 180 music acts, complemented by numerous art and activism events. 🧡

Roskilde Festival has announced the first acts for its 2025 lineup, which includes Stormzy, Arca, Fontaines D.C. and Beth Gibbons. ✨🙌

The 53rd edition of the iconic non-profit festival in Denmark will take place from June 28 to July 5 next year and will feature more than 170 musical acts. Among the first 28 announced acts are Stormzy, Arca, Fontaines D.C., Magdalena Bay, Electric Callboy, Beth Gibbons, and MØ.

Roskilde Festival in Denmark is one of the longest-running festivals in the industry and, as the world's largest non-profit festival, donates all proceeds to humanitarian and cultural activities for the benefit of youth. 🧡

Thanks to Colours of Ostrava for those wonderful days in this impressive location of the old ironworks, which opened its doors to such a diverse audience. A big thank you also goes to our great media travel group who made the trip to the Czech Republic to experience this lovely spectacle with us. ✨

Since after the festival is always before the festival, the Colours of Ostrava has already announced the date for next year: The 22nd festival edition will take place from July 16-19, 2025. And that's not all - the first headliner has already been announced as well: The electro duo The Chainsmokers will perform in the Czech Republic's third-largest city next year.

The countdown is on!

In less than three weeks, Sziget Festival will open its doors once again, welcoming festivalgoers and performers from around the world. The build-up at the Obudai Island in Budapest has begun and from August 7-12, the world's biggest artists will perform alongside upcoming talents and performers, complemented by the festival’s diverse programs. Additionally, Sziget is excited to launch its new FutureGrounds zone. The Think for Tomorrow programme has also been announced.

Moreover, Sziget is calling for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to join the team and help to create an unforgettable experience hundred thousands of attendees. Registration as a volunteer is still possible. Last but not least, Sziget has announced the last price increase, which will take place on 25 July at 11 pm.

Heineken Balaton Sound took place last weekend in Zamárdi, Hungary and thrilled the audience with top-class performances and a new set-up! ✨

More than 100,000 people were in attendance on Saturday. The audience witnessed performances by James Hype, John Newman, Amelie Lens, Paul Kalkbrenner, Reinier Zonneveld and Purple Disco Machine, among others. The Heineken Balaton Sound ended with the headliner Timmy Trumpet and a spectacular final show and party by Q-dance.
