Twitter users react following the death of popular actor, Mr. Ibu.

He says, “Before Mr. Ibu died, his first wife divorced him & took away his savings.

The second wife accused him of sleeping with the daughter. Consequently, he suffered diabetes. Had blood clotting & dead blood vessels in the leg.

His daughter squandered the money meant for his surgery. His wife still asked for an iPhone 15 while he was dying.

He sold almost all his properties. His leg was eventually amputated.

Marriage is a loss to every man!”

"We want to appreciate everyone that has come through for our dad, saying we are grateful is an understatement and only the good Lord can thank you all enough for every help you've rendered.

"As of 1 pm ,noon today , Daddy has gone through 7 successful surgeries but to keep him alive and increase his chances of recovery one of his legs had to be amputated.. This development has been hard on us all but we've had to accept it as Daddy's new reality to keep him alive.

"Please we are still soliciting for support from well meaning Nigerians as this stage Daddy his is still one very delicate one and he needs all the help he can get.

"Thank you everyone, the Okafor family is grateful and we don't take you for granted. In due time daddy will personally acknowledge everyone who supported during this period as soon as he’s stable!"

So Yvonne Nelson who despised her father so much and kept on celebrating her mother even on fathers day only found out that the man was not actually her biological father.

She kept portraying the innocent man as being irresponsible and subjecting him to public ridicule and condemnation over the years.

Yet, he accepted her as his child.

Never for once did this man speak out against Yvonne Nelson or about her mother's promiscuous lifestyle or the circumstances of Yvonne's birth.

Never for once did he publicly disgrace Yvonne knowing that she is a public figure.

He told Yvonne her true identity on his sick bed just before he died.

Yvonne didn't have the opportunity to apologize to him.

He passed on.

That is the love of a father.

A father takes the blame and wears the shame in silence for the good of his family.

Most people often insinuate that had it easy with his music journey because his parents are rich but that's completely false.

David's cousin , B-Red said their parents used to threaten their Friends for housing them when they ran from home to record. They used to bring police to arrest people at events they were booked to perfom.

David's parents never wanted him to do music. They didn't fully support him until he became an international super star. Do you know what it takes to chase a dream when your rich & INFLUENTIAL parents are against it?

Producers & promoters will charge you 5X just because your parents are rich? For money that you don't have. I've heard stories of how guys used to extort Yung Time back in Bamenda (CAMEROON 🇨🇲 when he started his music journey 🤦‍♂️ to a point where he got tired and decided to learn how to do everything by himself that's why you see the guy producing, rapping & directing his own projects today.

Na why dat weh e no easy for even ngess man(scammer )sef to do music for this country cos producers & bloggers just overcharge them for everything!!!

David could've just been an obiedient kid to his parents and still live large but he choosed a path that they didn't want and succeeded. Most of us might not understand his struggles because only few people out here come from rich homes.

If most artists had rich parents like David they wouldn't have ventured into music . Dem for just shidown dey enjoy their papa money.Na hunger start plenty music career but passion is what pushed David that's why after everything you still see the guy working hard & dropping songs today as if he will go broke if he stops. This guy has been going strong for 11+ yrs yet people still talk about his father's money. It's ridiculous!

Growing up, I used to take things for granted. I would often overlook the blessings in my life, and I would focus on the things that I didn't have. I didn't realize the power of gratitude until I hit a rough patch in my life. I had lost my job, and I was struggling to make ends meet. It was a difficult time, and I felt like everything was falling apart.

That's when I decided to start practicing gratitude. I began by training my mind to start and end each day with a gratitude mindset. Every morning, I would look around and name the things and people I was thankful to have in my life. I would appreciate the little things I owned and celebrate the progress I had made so far. I started to notice a shift in my perspective, and I began to feel more hopeful about my future.

As I continued to develop an attitude of gratitude, I began to see the world differently. I realized that even in the midst of difficult times, there was always something to be grateful for. I started to appreciate the people in my life more, and I felt a renewed sense of purpose.

Today, I can confidently say that gratitude has transformed my life. It has given me the strength and resilience to face any challenge that comes my way. I am grateful for the lessons I learned during that difficult time, and I am thankful for the blessings in my life. I encourage you to start practicing gratitude today.
