This is a reminder that not all the time you’ll be smiling at the sun. Not at all times you’ll have the energy to talk, to join the crowd, to go places, to have fun. Not all the time you’ll have the ability to see good in situations and see reasons for pain and suffering. This is a reminder that you don’t have to. That it’s okay to be confused and admit it. To feel bad ahout something, feel disappointed about people and situations in your life.

This is a reminder that there are times you can remind yourself to be happy but there are times where you can’t. And on times where you can’t, you have to be gentle to yourself and acknowledge that you’re human and happiness isn’t the only thing that humans feel.

It can be difficult for me to decide what to post next since I need to express how I am feeling, yet I am aware that I lack clarity and that I am a complicated person. I frequently overthink things and struggle greatly with trust. but as a women, we attempt to ignore it as if it doesn't exist.

However, I have reached a point in my life where my routine is home-work-school vice versa and I constantly question my self, was all of my hard work worth it? But I know I need to endure this because of my parents, they’ve sacrifice sooo much just to help us to get here and it really made me feel guilty to ask the question if it’s still worth it? or maybe i am just really tired and not even a good food could comfort me.

Im just praying that I may find what path should I really…… stop stop stop stop

Sooo this is how I felt about a week ago. FELT. But now, exactly May 3, 2023, reading what i wrote, i felt grateful. all of my hard work pays off. I got good grades this sem horaay!

The lesson learned from this journal is: don’t use your energy to worry. Use your energy to believe, create, trust, and do what you need to do. We always tend to procrastinate and then overthink instead of doing what we're supposed to do because eventually all of our hard work pays off. We just need things to get done, so don’t give up.

hays! This really motivates me for the next few weeks then I’ll get lazy and post again on how I get back on my feet, but I’ll never get tired of writing things or what I’m feeling. Don’t get me wrong; I’m happy with my marriage. I love my husband, and he is always supportive of what I want to achieve. But as a woman, you have that kind of fire inside of you that makes you know that you can do it all. You don’t know how you can do it, but you always know you can. I’m sure i’m not the only one who thinks that way. lol
