Little Blackstone Studios arrived on the Canadian animation landscape in 2009 and is dedicated to original series design, development and production. Originally created by and industry veteran Pat Burns & 4 time Emmy award winner Jocelyne Meinert as a sister studio to the successful motion graphics firm: Bigstudios Inc, Little Blackstone is fast developing a reputation for contemporary design and

dedication to originality and creativity. Ms Burns is now working at Spinmaster and Dharmali Patel has joined Little Blackstone as Animation Director. All animated series in development or in production have been designed and produced in-house. Specializing in children’s & adult animated as well as episodic graphics & visual effects, Little Blackstone is currently in production on SMOSH Babies Season 2 for SMOSH/Alloy/Defy Media for SMOSH the 2nd most watched Youtube channel. The studio also completed “That’s Not Fair” – an educational web series for Canadian Civil Liberties and their first pre-school show”Ertlings is in development at Spinmaster.
