مها برسوم، صاحبة و شيف مطعم مها للمأكولات المصرية بكندا. هاجرت مها مع عائلتها الى كندا فى عام 2000 حيث عملت كمترجمة لعدة سنوات.

فى خلال احد لقاءات العمل قامت مها بطهى احدى الاكلات المصرية التى تجيدها، و التى نالت اعجاب زملائها الذين نصحوها بالعمل فى الكيتيرينج، و هى خدمة الطهى الخاص للمناسبات و الحفلات. بالفعل بدات مها عملها الخاص فى الكايتيرينج بمساعدة اولادها مارك و مونيكا.

‏Maha Barsoom is Owner and Chef of Maha's Fine Egyptian Cuisine. Maha and her family immigrated to Toronto, Canada in the winter of 2000. In Canada, Maha pursued a career as an interpreter and translator.

‏For a work event, Maha cooked one of her special dishes. Raved by her colleagues, they convinced her to start a catering business, which she did, with the help of her two kids, Mark and Monica. As the business grew, Maha was finally able to fulfil her dream of opening her own restaurant.

بعد ان تمكنت مها من انجاح عمل الكيتيرنج، تمكنت اخيرا من تحقيق حلمها بافتتاح مطعما خاصا بها لتقديم المأكولات المصرية. و تحقق الحلم فى مارس عام 2014 عندما وجدت المكان المناسب لتفتتح به المطعم. تعمل مها واولادها فى المطعم و الذى تخصص فى تقديم المأكولات المصرية الشهية. و بافتتاحهم المطعم الذى لاقى نجاحا كبيرا من المصريين و الكنديين - تمكنوا بالرغم من بعدهم عن ارض الوطن من اختلاق وطن صغير لهم فى تورنتو. - للمزيد عن مطعم مها، اللينك في نهاية البوست

‏The dream finally came true in March 2014 when they found the perfect spot for their restaurant. Maha and her kids work together in their neighborhood restaurant that specializes in Egyptian food.

This is only half of our incredible team that work tirelessly with all their heart to sustain our special little restaurant.

A million thank yous are not enough, and we are grateful to each and every single one of them for choosing to work with us. Working at a restaurant is very demanding, and every job, from dishpit to service, takes skill, patience and dedication.

Thank you to our incredible patrons who have been supporting us for the last 10 years. We're taking a little break to revitalize our brains and bodies to do it all over again for another season, serving up delicious Egyptian brunch.
