The oldest house in France
It's found In Aveyron, it's 700 years old, it was built in the 13th century and belonged to a Jeanne.
The ground floor is a little smaller than the upstairs because in those times you only paid taxes on occupied land, so everyone built like this, ′′ cheating "!
The house tells us Jeanne was relatively rich, because she's built from stone.

Florence, capital of Italy’s Tuscany region, is home to many masterpieces of Renaissance art and architecture. One of its most iconic sights is the Duomo, a cathedral with a terracotta-tiled dome engineered by Brunelleschi and a bell tower by Giotto. The Galleria dell'Accademia displays Michelangelo’s “David” sculpture. The Uffizi Gallery exhibits Botticelli’s “The Birth of Venus” and da Vinci’s “Annunciation.”

Hawa Mahal
⚫It's located in Jaipur, India; and it means "The Palace of Wind".

⚫The palace was built in 1799 from red and pink sandstone and comprises 953 windows.

👀The original intent of the lattice design was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life and festivals celebrated in the street below without being seen.

🌬️This architectural feature also allowed cool air to pass through, making the whole area more pleasant during the high temperatures in summer.

⚫Each of the five floors of the Hawa Mahal has a temple in it.

⚫There is an archaeological museum located in the courtyard of the Hawa Mahal that displays a fine collection of antiques, weapons, and other items used by the royals.

🔘Mont Saint Michael🔘
⚫It is an island and mainland commune in Normandy, France.

⚫It is visited by more than 3 million people each year, Mont Saint-Michel and its bay are on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.

⚫Over 60 buildings within the commune are protected in France as monuments historiques.

⚫The island was originally called Mont-Tombe but became known as Mont-Saint-Michel in the 8th century, when St. Aubert built an oratory there.

⚫In 1203 it was partly burned when King Philip II of France tried to capture the mount. ⚫He compensated the monks by paying for the construction of the monastery known as La Merveille (“The Wonder”).

⚫The island, which was fortified in 1256, resisted sieges during the Hundred Years’ War between England and France (1337–1453) and the French Wars of Religion (1562–98).

⚫It became a state prison under Napoleon I and remained a prison until 1863.

⚫In 1874 it was classified as a historic monument and restored.

It rises 1,267 feet (386 m) above the Belle Fourche River, standing 867 feet (265 m) from summit to base. The summit is 5,112 feet (1,559 m) above sea level.
