Look at this pond after it’s annual Spring clean out👀
It’s important to do a yearly pond or waterfall clean out to keep Algae out! Changing over the water is a great way to reduce nutrients that have built up over the winter.

Why is Spring maintenance important?

Spring is a very important time in the yearly cycle of an ecosystem, especially for algae prevention!
Over the winter plants and debris break down in the water and create nutrients, but biological filtration is not active. Spring cleanouts allow for the water to be replaced and for the biological filtration to get a boost before summer. Control your algae by getting a clean out!

Love showing up to a blank slate with a beautiful new home in the background. The home owner wanted a natural front yard setting to balance the modern aesthetic of the home. I think we did a pretty good job with the vision!

We’re back to finish up this Swim Pond🏊‍♂️ 💧🐟.
Due to terrible weather and “athmospheric rivers” over the winter we had to delay the external finishings on this project.

Can’t wait to see this thing planted up, cleaned out and ready to jump in!

Check out our latest pondless waterfall installation! The architectural concrete blocks used to cross the stream makes this front yard entrance very unique.
