Aside from Ben, the Dunsworth kids need to be saved from addiction. At the rate they are going by the time they hit 55, they will be sickly and insane or worse. They already look like they are in their late 60's. But nobody will tell them this, and their minds are so clouded from crack that they barely have any idea how sickly they look.
The publicly posted pictures of poor Sarah with meth mouth and a black eye shows how badly she is addicted. All the symptoms are clearly visible, beyond the shadow of a doubt that she is a victim of addiction and domestic abuse.

This is so wrong.
Sarah is showing signs of neurological and muscular damage to the ocular cavity which is very common with abused women.
Thankfully she had her camera set for maximum resolution so we can see the damage on these public photos she posted.
This type of trauma is from being impacted in the eye repeatedly. Any social worker can recognize this immediately and there is an actual name for this damage.
What we have found here is domestic abuse. And the crack has her mind too clouded to leave. Imagine how long she has been hiding this hell she has been living in.
It has been discovered that her husband has a very bad temper, plus he's on the pipe as well. Look at the sores on his face and his complexion looks like his blood is lacking oxygen.
When is Sarah's mother or somebody going to jump in and stop this before the crack and the clear and obvious domestic violence is going to lead to worse things. Worst of all they are so addicted they will actually do questionable things to sustain the high. That poor girl must live in fear of her husband when they don't have any rocks to smoke.
