Critical function structure is used to identify what functions inside the organization are needed to achieve the vision. What departments are needed? What are the deliverables within those departments? What are the roles and responsibilities that correspond to that function? When we are NOT hitting those deliverables it can be for a variety of reasons but there are many downsides that accompany them. Keep your eye on burnout & turnover.
