According to the National Information and Communication Policy-2018, by ensuring a transparent and accountable service through the use of information and communication technology and bringing government services to the doorsteps of the people through public-private partnership, building a "digital Bangladesh" by 2021 The Department of Information and Communication Technology is responsible for establishing the use of better information technology and establishing good governance and ensuring the right to information. The D-Set Center Management Committee will consist of officials from the Upazila Office, Department of Information and Communication Technology and other departments of the Upazila. The ex-officio Upazila Nirbahi Officer will be the Chairman of this Committee and Assistant Programmer, Member Secretary of the Department of Information and Communication Technology. The member secretary of the committee will visit the D-Set Center every month and will present a report on the activities of the D-Set Center at the Upazila ICT Committee meeting.
