r 2015-16 session where he did his Honours and Master’s degrees from Public Administration Department. During his university life, Akhtar Hossain Azad was involved in the social voluntary organizations. At the same time, he started university journalism. In campus life, he was secretary of Rotaract Club of Islamic University (2018-19), Unit council President of Islamic University Rover Scout Group (2019), Organizing Secretary of Consumer Youth Bangladesh (CYB). He became involved in left-wing politics in his first year of university life. He is acting as the Vice President of Bangladesh Student Unity of Islamic University Branch. He is a favorite face of the students for leading in the realization of student rights. Currently Akhtar working as the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Tarun Column Lekhok Forum (BTCLF). He is the founder president of Bangladesh Tarun Column Lekhok Forum (BTCLF) Islamic University branch. There are 17 branches of the organization in the public Universities of Bangladesh. More than 150 articles have been published in the national print newspapers of Bangladesh which written by the young idol Akhtar Hossain Azad. He mainly write the Ittefaq, The Jugantar, The Samakal, The Bangladesher Khabar, The AjKalerKhabar. Akhtar Hossain Azad also associated anti-adulteration movement to protect consumers’ rights also continues simultaneously. He awarded the best activist of CCS-CYB of his campus.
