Position: Head of operations.

Educational requirements: Graduation in any discipline (Preferably in MIS/ CS/ Business Analytics) from a renowned institution.

Candidate must have a strong understanding of the tech industry and the ability to manage a team effectively. He/She must also be able to think strategically and make sound business decisions.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee the production of games and other creative solutions.
-Leads the process and team members in the analysis, enhancement, and tailoring of current practices and existing systems to increase operating efficiencies and reduce costs.
-Manage the team
-Ensure that the studio meets its financial and operational goals
-Develop and implement operational strategies.
-Negotiate contracts
-Oversee marketing and sales
-Manage customer relationships

Qualifications:

-Graduation in any discipline (Preferably in MIS/ CS/ Business Analytics) from a renowned institution.
-3-5 years of experience in the tech industry
-Experience in management
-Strong understanding of the games and other creative industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: Negotiable
