Berlin's Delivery Hero, the parent company of Foodpanda, has initiated discussions with prospective purchasers for the divestment of its online food delivery empire in Singapore, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Thailand, as stated by the company in remarks made to Reuters on Wednesday.

Although reports reveal that Foodpanda and its affiliated ventures in Bangladesh collectively reported a significant loss exceeding Tk850 crore from 2016 to 2022, Foodpanda Bangladesh has remained mum on the matter, leaving questions unanswered about the fate of the Bangladeshi market.
